What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments, and PayPal.

 

Is this site secure?

We use 128 Bit SSL encrypted checkout to protect private data to ensure that your information and your order data is hidden from prying eyes both during and after transactions.

 

I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?

Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.  Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information are correct before submitting your order.

 

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order.  Please place a new order for the item.

 

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your package you will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your exchange credit will be processed into your account within 10-15 business days.

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business day of purchase.  Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No. Sorry, we do not ship outside of the US at this time.

 

Can I use more than one coupon code per order?

No, our system only allows one coupon code per order.
